Small to Medium Items: For items that weigh less than
1 kg (DVD's, Magic Circle, replacement parts and
accessories) our preferred carrier is Australia Post via
registered mail.
Large Items:
Freight is calculated on the total weight of the products
ordered to the destination location. The delivery address
supplied should be a physical street address...and not a
Post Office Box Please note
that the total charge consists of a base rate to which is
added a calculated per kilo charge on the total
gross-weight. Minimum charges apply.
Our preferred courier is "Freight Express" who normally take
2-6 working days from time of order.
Please be aware that the schedule below is subject to change
without notice and appears as
a guide only. You are free to make your own arrangements if
it suits.
Varable Charge for Large Items: The calculated rate
involves delivery to a ground floor door-to-door address. If
there is no loading dock or pallet lifting device at the final
destination, a Pallet Jack and truck equipped with a back-end
loader is required. This will incur an additional $60 per
delivery and needs to be specified at time of order.
