Making A Purchase
If you wish to make a purchase,  email us at . and we will contact you by phone and organise payment either by credit card or direct transfer.  We accept most major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and only after cheques have been cleared .

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A 10% deposit is charged at time of order and contracted prices are exempt from variation

Tax Charges
Where applicable, GST at 10% is calculated on all products and delivery charges.

Guarantee & Return Policy
We act as a distribution agent on behalf of the manufacturers and as such your guarantee/warranty ultimately rests with them. In all instances, your claim or grievance must firstly be communicated to us so that we can directly liaise on your behalf with the manufactuer. We strongly recommend that you register your product and right to ownership  Equipment warranties vary between 1 year and 3 years.
Goods may be returned to us within 14 days for full credit if package and contents are in new condition. Delivery costs associated with returning goods are borne entirely by you.
