Making
A Purchase
If
you wish to make a purchase, email us and we will contact you by phone and organise payment either by
credit card or direct transfer. We accept most major credit
cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to
ship and only after cheques have been cleared .
Our Pricing Policy
DAP Imports is solely interested in the pilates industry, and
dedicated to providing the lowest price without sacrifice to quality. In
order to do so, we minimise administrative costs by not providing credit
and as a consequence will not ship goods until payment is received in
full. All transactions are premised as such.
We utilise forward foreign exchange rates to minimise price volatility.
Ownership of Goods
The "Title" to any good(s) supplied to a purchaser shall not pass
until all amounts owing are paid in full and funds have been cleared.
Until so, the purchaser if in possession shall hold the goods as bailee
for DAP Imports Pty Ltd. In order to keep our operating costs low, we do
not operate have a trade receivable ledger and therefore do not provide
credit. In other words, we do not ship goods until payment has been
received in full.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock,
we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with
the option to cancel your order if you would rather not
wait. A 20% deposit is charged at time of order and
contracted prices are exempt from variation
Tax Charges
Where applicable, GST at 10% is calculated on all products
and delivery charges within Australia. All
international sales are transacted excluding GST and sold on
a ex factory basis. DAP Imports is domiciled in Australia
and has no authority to claim foregn taxes or rebates on
behalf of a client at the end destination.
Guarantee & Return Policy
We act as a distribution agent on behalf of the
manufacturers and as such your guarantee/warranty ultimately
rests with them. In all instances, your claim or grievance
must firstly be communicated to us so that we can directly
liaise on your behalf with the manufactuer. We strongly
recommend that you register your product and right to
ownership
Equipment warranties vary between 1 year and 3 years.
Goods may be returned to us within 14 days for full credit
if package and contents are in new condition. Please note
that delivery costs
associated with returning goods are borne entirely by you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please
do not hesitate in contacting us whatever the reason.
