Foot Corrector |

|
The Ped-o-Pul introduces
an element of instability to arm springs exercises you
may already do on the Trap table or Tower. The
difference is that on the Ped-o-Pul the pole is
intentionally wobbly. So, you have to create stability
from within. As you work the springs, your powerhouse
lifts in and up to counter the instability of the pole
Base: 1 3/4"H x 18 3/4"W x 18 3/4"L
T-Pole: 81"H x 17 1/2"W (width of T)
- Square baltic
birch base

An often unknown piece of Pilates
apparatus, the foot corrector is designed to strengthen and
articulate the muscles of the foot by working
on the arch .
