Stretch bands
are a great way to strengthen your arms, legs, and torso using
resistance training. Three different bands are color-coded for
resistance level--yellow provides 4.6 pounds of resistance per inch,
purple provides 9.1 pounds of resistance per inch, and blue is 16.7
